Waterton Park Hotel & Spa

I had a healing hot stones massage here last weekend and found it incredibly relaxing. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to talk—the whole experience is designed for you to fully immerse yourself in relaxation, which I loved. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would happily return, as the therapist made me feel completely at ease.

We have been many times to Waterton Hall Spa hotel and it’s always a real treat. I am reviewing this time as there has to be a special shout out to Michelle, the spa manager for providing such a wonderful experience for my daughter on her birthday. This was paired with the fact she had recently finished proton radiotherapy and rang her bell so it was a very special occasion for us. Michelle provided her with a wonderful facial and massage, 50 mins which she loved. The grounds and facilities are just so nice and the staff very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this spa as it’s very budget friendly, but there isn’t any compromise on service despite this. Thanks Michelle and team for a wonderful morning!

Outstanding place, booked for my mums 80th birthday. The staff were amazing let me check in earlier to put presents and balloons in her room. The service they gave at dinner and breakfast was 1st class. Would definitely recommend a d will be back.

Really lovely place, beautiful surroundings. Went for spa weekend with my partner for the weekend. Rooms were lovely and staff were amazing. A big shout out to Tammi at the restaurant who went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Mo at the spa was also really helpful. We will come again! Thank you!

This is a very nice hotel with beautiful surroundings. All very clean and some areas very new and updated, however there are a few areas need some refurb, bedrooms although very big clean with lovely lake views, could use a little updating especially the bedding, lumpy pillows and nail varnish marks on top bedding blanket. Also patio door quite old and didn't open. Also the breakfast/dinner hall was bright beautiful clean decorated lovely but our experience of breakfast, although lots to choose from, at the time we went the ban maries pots were almost empty with just scragg ends left in at least 4 pots, so we was unable to get the full breakfast! I did ask for eggs and the lady did bring some more, but not until we'd finished what we managed to get on our plates, as it was going cold . But in all nice stay.

Went for the twilight spa. Loved the outdoor hot tub. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Would love to see the place in the daylight as it’s in the middle of a lake. Has a classic British hotel feel. Will be back for some of the food that other punters were commending!

I had the best spa day today with my friends at Waterton Spa — honestly the best treatment I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was top notch from start to finish. I had the Whole Body Garden of Bukhara Scrub, and it was so heavenly that I fell asleep and woke up feeling completely rejuvenated. My therapist’s name was Amanda, and she was absolutely amazing. This was also my pre-birthday celebration, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect, relaxing day. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional, which made the whole experience feel extra special. Special mention to Cat, Nikki, Anya, and the others whose names I forgot — they were all so lovely. The staff in the bar and restaurant were also hardworking and did their best to make sure we had everything we needed. We were spoiled with Prosecco, hot drinks, sandwiches, and cakes to finish the day beautifully. My heart is full, my body is relaxed, and this is definitely a day to remember. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. The whole place is beautiful inside and out, and my favourite spot was the stunning lake view outside.

We've just stayed at Waterton Park for a 3 night Christmas break and had a fab time. It's a lovely hotel in a picturesque location. From the minute we arrived, until we checked out today, we've been made to feel welcome, everything was organised so well and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was huge, clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. The food was beautiful, everything was very tasty. The cooked breakfast could have been hotter, but that can be par for the course when served buffet style. Special mention must go to each and every member of staff at the hotel. Without exception, they were smiling, welcoming, friendly and so very helpful. It really stood out for us, and something that other guests agreed on as well. So thank you and well done to all, we will return!
